JTI Office by DMX

Some spaces feel special the moment you walk in.
The new JTI office, designed by DMX, is one of them. When a pantry isn’t enough — they brought a whole café into the office. It’s playful, but it also says something profound about how modern workplaces are evolving.

The design feels open yet grounded. Natural light flows across layers of glass, wood, and greenery, giving the space a sense of calm energy. There’s balance in every corner — structure and softness, rhythm and pause. Instead of defining zones with walls, DMX used transparency and texture to shape the experience, letting collaboration and focus flow naturally.
Photographing this space was more than documentation — it was interpretation. I wanted each frame to show how design influences feeling. Sometimes it was the light tracing across a wall; sometimes it was the stillness between two forms. I found myself shooting longer than planned, simply because every shift of light revealed another layer of beauty.

What stood out most was the atmosphere — sophisticated but human. It’s a space that understands people work best when they feel comfortable and inspired.

For me, this project is a reminder of why I love photographing architecture: because great design isn’t just seen, it’s felt. When a workspace can make you pause, breathe, and look again — that’s when design has done its job.
