Photographing The Manor KLCC for Five Senses

Luxury hospitality is not sold through room sizes or specifications.

It is sold through experience.

In 2024, I was commissioned by Five Senses (WIT Ventures) to photograph The Manor Residence, a luxury serviced residence located in Kuala Lumpur’s prestigious Stonor district. The objective was simple: create images that help future guests understand what it feels like to stay there.

From warm, thoughtfully designed interiors to views of the Kuala Lumpur skyline, every space was photographed to communicate comfort, privacy, and a sense of home in the heart of the city.

One of the most memorable aspects of The Manor is its connection to Kuala Lumpur itself. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the city beyond, while selected units offer stunning views of the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. Combined with premium facilities such as the infinity pool, gym, and elegant lobby spaces, the residence offers an experience that extends far beyond the room.

For hospitality brands, photography is more than documentation. It is often the first interaction a guest has with a property. Strong visuals help build trust, communicate value, and give people a reason to book.

The Manor Residence is a great example of how thoughtful design and strategic visual storytelling can work together to create that belief.
